2023: The Wynn Hospital in downtown Utica is opened on October 15, 2023 by the Wynns.

2021: Steve and Andrea light the Al Davies Memorial Torch at the Las Vegas Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium ahead of their match against the Miami Dolphins.

2021: Having grown up in the area, and wanting to give back to the people of Mohawk Valley, Steve and Andrea donate $50m through their Wynn Family Foundation to Mohawk Valley Health System to develop a new hospital in Utica, New York.

2017: Steve has been a long-term supporter of the Cleveland Clinic, and spoke during the Keep Memory Alive’s 21st Annual "Power Of Love Gala" alongside Larry Ruvo, co-founder of Keep Memory Alice. The gala was held in aid of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health honoring Ronald O. Perelman.

1998: Steve Wynn in the Picasso Restaurant at the Bellagio hotel which housed a collection of 11 Picassos for guests to enjoy.

1998: Steve opened the Bellagio on October 15 1998. Named after the village of Bellagio near Lake Como it was considered among the world’s most spectacular hotels at the time.

1990: Having started work on The Mirage in 1986, the hotel opened at the end of 1989 and was among the largest hotels in the world. It was the first mega hotel on the Las Vegas Strip and the start of the 90s building boom.
